I’m an actor turned writer. A student turned professor. A child turned childish mother.
Writing is something I can’t quit. Sneaky. Something I do alone. At the expense of time with loved ones. My strongest habit is YA. I'll also do rom-com, satire, cli-fi, website bios. As long as I can chase that high of finding the perfect ending to a paragraph.
Teaching is another thrill. Not sneaky. Collaborative. But no less humbling. I should change my title to Learner. A Learner of writing classes with a dash of theater. I just can’t shake that actor’s sensibility. How does this paragraph feel in the body?
This final paragraph is when I say I’m a happy wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. When all is said and done, this will be the most important paragraph.
